What's Inside a 60 TPD Rice Mill Line: Six Connected Stages

A line that produces rice steadily is a chain of interlocking stages — miss one and the whole line stalls.

Summary: Many buyers picture rice milling as "buy a set of milling equipment." A line that runs steadily is a chain of stages where each step's parameters are bound to your raw grain and target quality.

When customers first ask about a rice processing line, many picture "buy a set of milling equipment." But a line that produces rice steadily is a chain of interlocking stages — miss one and the line stalls.

AmGrainTech's Rice Processing Systems
We design and build complete rice and paddy processing lines (30 / 60 / 100 TPD and above) as integrated systems — not single machines. Delivered in Brazil 120 TPD, India 200 TPD and Southeast Asia 200 TPD. See Grain Processing Equipment.

1. The Six Main Stages

2. Why We Are a System Integrator, Not a Machine Seller

Each stage's parameters are bound to your raw grain moisture, impurity level and target output quality. Husking rate, broken-rice rate and head-rice yield are variables that, over years of continuous running,放大 into substantial economic differences.

3. The Investment Language

Where a line truly saves money is the overall head-rice yield and stable running time after the six stages are matched — not squeezing any single stage to the lowest price.

FAQ
Can I buy just a husker or a polisher?
You can, but the result depends on how that machine is matched to your raw grain and the rest of the line. We usually recommend a matched set so head-rice yield and stability are predictable.
What decides head-rice yield most?
Husking rate and broken-rice control at the husking stage, plus milling settings matched to grain hardness. Poor matching here is the largest hidden loss in a rice line.
Is a higher-capacity line always more economical?
Not necessarily. Economy comes from overall yield and stable running time, not nameplate capacity. We size the line to your actual intake and target output, whether 30, 60 or 100 TPD.
Does AmGrainTech supply the full line or components only?
Both. We deliver complete integrated rice lines (design, manufacturing, installation) and can also supply individual stages where a client already has part of a line.

Planning a 30 / 60 / 100 TPD Rice Line?

Send your raw grain condition and target capacity, and we'll do the process match before discussing equipment.
