Do You Send Engineers for Installation and Training?

A first-time buyer asked what happens after the containers arrive. The equipment is only half the delivery.

Short answer: Yes. Delivery includes engineered drawings, on-site or remote installation guidance, a commissioning trial run, and operator training. Key components use known brands with spares supplied so you are not stranded after handover.

Buying machines is the easy part; running them profitably is the project. Our support covers the gap between "equipment arrived" and "line is earning."

From drawings to production

Engineers follow the project from detailed drawings through manufacturing, then guide installation — on-site where needed, or remotely with clear procedures. For high-reliability scenarios such as collection-center peaks, we redundantly configure drying towers and silo groups as mutual backup.

Commissioning and trial run

Before sign-off we run a commissioned trial production so you see the line hit its specification (capacity, moisture target, broken rate) on your own grain — not just on paper.

Training and spare parts

Operators are trained on routine operation and basic fault response. Key components (bearings, motors, fans) use known brands with spares supplied, so a worn part does not stop a harvest-season run. We also provide on-site or remote guidance to keep the golden window running without stoppage.
