"Turnkey" means you turn the key and production starts. As the single responsible party, we take the project from early design to final operation.
The four gains
Single responsibility: one contact instead of passing the buck between a dryer maker, a silo maker and a mill maker.
Controllable cost: a transparent contract total avoids the hidden piecemeal costs of coordinating separate vendors.
Schedule assurance: unified scheduling of port loading, shipment and on-site installation.
Full technical backing: engineers follow from drawings to production, then run a commissioned trial before sign-off.
When piecemeal still makes sense
If you are only adding one standalone machine to an existing, well-understood line, buying direct can be fine. The turnkey advantage grows with project complexity — the more equipment types and the longer the cross-border logistics, the more interface risk you offload.
Typical timeline
Requirements confirmation (week 1) → design (weeks 2–3) → contract (week 4) → manufacturing (30–60 days) → ocean shipping (15–40 days by destination) → on-site installation (15–30 days) → commissioning (3–7 days) → training and handover (2–3 days). Specifics are subject to the contract.
