This article lists 5 acceptance dimensions that deserve more scrutiny than price.
1. Welding and Sealing Quality
A processing line sees heavy dust and material flow; weld cracking and flange powder leakage become safety hazards and loss sources in operation. At acceptance, require the weld inspection report and focus on reinforcement at wear-prone spots. This matters far more than "how shiny it looks."
2. Motor and Electrical Brand
Rice milling and color sorting are power-hungry; the brand of motors, VFDs, and control components directly decides failure rate and local repairability. Confirm the electrical brand list before signing, and verify whether the same-spec spares can be bought in the target country—otherwise one burnout could mean weeks of downtime.
3. Spare-Parts Strategy
Screens, belts, bearings, and wear alloy parts are "consumables." Acceptance clauses should include the wear-parts list and initial batch, and state the post-warranty cost-price supply commitment. Cross-border spare-parts lead time is long; pre-stocking is insurance for continuous production.
4. Loaded Trial Run (Not No-Load)
No-load only proves "it can turn"; a loaded trial with your raw material proves "it can produce qualified product." Acceptance should require running the whole line with real crop, measuring actual flour yield/rice yield, energy use, and finished-product metrics before signing.

5. Documentation and Training
A complete set of installation manual, electrical diagrams, spare-parts catalog, and operator training decides whether you can operate and maintain independently after the engineers leave. List these as deliverables before signing, to avoid "once they leave, the equipment becomes a black box."
