200 TPD Rice Mill Turnkey Project

Project Description

Client Background: A Southeast Asian investor planned to build a modern rice-processing facility from the ground up, requiring equipment that could operate reliably in hot, humid tropical conditions and support full local operational capability.

Challenge: The tropical climate imposes additional anti-corrosion requirements on electrical systems and metal structures; the client lacked rice-mill operating experience and needed a complete turnkey service from design through training.

Solution: AmGrainTech provided a complete turnkey export solution: plant layout design → equipment supply (full process: cleaning, husking, whitening, polishing, color sorting, packaging) → installation supervision → commissioning → training of 15 operators. All equipment is adapted to tropical conditions: enhanced anti-corrosion coating + reinforced electrical systems. Equipped with a central PLC control system (local-language interface).

Result: Full-cycle delivery from order to commissioning was completed within 8 months. The 200 TPD capacity was stably achieved, with a head rice yield of 68% and successful production of high-quality rice meeting export standards. The 15 trained local operators can manage the plant independently. The client is already planning a second production line.
